Kintsu is a personal wellness platform designed to help users track their mood, activities, and personal development. The Application provides tools for journaling, habit tracking, and educational resources on wellness.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Deletion: If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can request removal by sending an email to kintsu.adm@gmail.com.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create in the Application. By using the Application, you grant us a license to use, process, and store your content as necessary to provide the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "AS IS" without any warranties of any kind. In no event shall Kintsu be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Application.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Application following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the country in which Kintsu is operated, and you agree to the irrevocable submission to the courts of that jurisdiction.
